1. Agreement By using the Life Weaver Studio app or lifeweaver.online, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 to use Life Weaver. Users under 18 need parental consent.

4. Accounts You're responsible for keeping your login secure and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We'll give 30 days' notice of price changes. Cancel anytime — access continues through your paid period.

6. Refunds Fees are non-refundable except for platform errors or duplicate charges. Request refunds within 7 days at lifeweaverstudiollc@gmail.com.

7. Your Content You own your stories. You give us a license to host and display them to run the Service. You're responsible for what you publish — no illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

8. AI-Generated Content AI features (images, music, video) are powered by third-party providers. You're responsible for your prompts. We don't guarantee specific outputs.

9. Public Stories Content you make public is visible to all visitors. You are solely responsible for publicly published content.

10. Our IP All platform design, code, and branding belong to Life Weaver Studio LLC. Don't copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of it.

11. No Warranties Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, error-free performance, or AI output quality.

12. Liability Limit We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our max liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months.

13. Termination We can suspend your account for Terms violations. You can close your account anytime by emailing us.

14. Governing Law New York State law governs these Terms. Disputes go to Albany County courts.

15. Changes We'll give 14 days' notice of material changes.

Continued use = acceptance.
